I have no idea where to start. Will you help me?
Of course! My favorite thing to do, aside from building WordPress websites, is developing brands for small businesses. We’ll brainstorm together, you’ll get some homework to dig a little deeper, and in the end, you’ll love what is created or I won’t stop until you do.
Are there options available when it comes to features and layout?
Yep! When we begin the process, I often brainstorm and put ideas in your project management file. We use Pinterest to continue collaborating. You’ll give me sites you love as inspiration. At the end of the day, this is your brand and website. I’m just there to facilitate the evolution.
Do I get access to the website when it's done?
ABSOFREAKINLUTELY. I cannot stand it hearing about designers and developers holding sites hostage, but never responding to emails. Right when the first revision begins, you will be given your own login. If you’re on a payment plan, then you won’t gain editing rights until everything is paid up.
How many logo mockups do I get?
For the first round of logos, I often offer 3-4 versions, each distinctly different. The first revision is to help direct me in the right direction (if you don’t love one immediately). The revision limit for logos is unlimited.
How do you pick elements for the brand?
I will often spend literally hours scouring the internet for inspiration if it hasn’t hit me immediately while we discuss your vision. I’ll send a few examples to gauge a feel for what you’re looking for.
What if I decide I hate the brand when we launch? Will you redo it?
Unfortunately, due to the extensive work put into creating the first brand, creating an entirely new one will incur a new invoice for the same price. If the changes are minimal, like changing a single color or removing some elements, that’s alright!
What files do I get when we're done?
You’ll receive a brand file that has all of the colors, submarks, and image inspiration. In a separate folder, you’ll find all of the commercial use images I’ve chosen for you, as well as the fonts.
You’ll also receive logos in the following formats:

- Watermark
- Submark

What Your Branding & Website Journey Looks Like
FIRST STEP
Let's set up a quick consultation to make sure we jive. Building a WordPress website means our working relationship must be founded on good communication and mutual vision.
SECOND STEP
The real first step towards building a website is making sure everyone is on the same page. After we get you booked and settle on your project start date, you'll receive a project planning document that will help you stay aware at all times of what is happening.
THIRD STEP
Within the first week, we'll have a meeting, spanning up to two hours, where we discuss your company, your vision, and how you want the world to see your brand.
FIFTH STEP
Within 10 days of the brand approval, we'll have the first website revision. You'll have two weeks to go through and provide feedback. The same will happen for the following revision(s).
FOURTH STEP
Within 10 business days of the first meeting, the first draft of your brand will be available. This will include colors/fonts/feel. It may also include logo drafts. You'll have two weeks to stew over it and provide feedback within the project management file.
THE FINAL STEP
From the beginning, we set a hard launch date. Use that time—from final website approval to launch—to hype up your clients and potential clients. Some companies even have launch parties!
