Is There A Contract?
Absolutely! You’ll receive a contract that outlines the project commitments, scope, and deadlines that we’ll both aim for.
Will I Be Really Involved In The Process?
There’s no sugar-coating it: Whether you’re doing branding or SEO, it’s going to take time. Since we work on a deadline that honors your launch date, we’ll be in touch frequently!
Do I Need To Show Up With Ideas?
Not necessarily. Ideally, you have a vague idea of what you want when it comes to branding (we do the heavy lifting for SEO). But it’s a collaborative process from the start, regardless!
Pricing
Do You Accept Credit Cards?
Yep! There’s a standard 3% processing fee. We also accept bank transfers and Venmo.
Do You Offer Payment Plans?
Flexible payment plans are available for everyone. We retain ownership of your project until everything is fully paid.
What Is Your Cancellation Policy?
Like most small businesses, we don’t offer any refunds for deposits or retainers. In your contract, the full cancellation policy and related fees will be available for you to read.

I'm Not Sure I'm Ready For A Rebrand. Is That Okay?
We are excited to work with small businesses looking to invest in something fresh and embrace the change. When you’re ready to (possibly) be a little uncomfortable, and really nourish your company, that’s the best time to reach out.
How Many Revisions Do You Offer?
We offer three revisions, with each additional revision costing between $200 and $500. We provide up to two weeks per revision phase to give you plenty of time to come up with feedback!
What Do I Receive When We're Done?
You’ll receive:
- The logo in regular colors, black, white, and watermark.
- The logo in jPEG, PNG, and EPS file format
- A brand style guide
- Font files
- Any commercial-free images we source for you (minus for blogs)
- All graphics used in original file formats (unedited)
- All edited graphics in jPEG and PNG

No, and any agency that does should get bombastic side-eye. Google prides itself on being opaque about the standards it looks for. While there are certain things we know work, we can never promise anything.
What Kind Of SEO Do You Specialize In?
We specialize in SEO-optimized content and Local SEO practices. If you’re looking for technical SEO, we can provide referrals.
How Many Blogs Do You Recommend To Start?
We focus on content sprints that slide into consistent posting before doing another sprint. Each sprint length will be entirely dependent on your industry and local market.
